Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing time. Processing may be extended during big sales events. We will send email notifications if delays occur.
Shipping Options
All packages ship from our UK warehouse.
- Express Shipping: £9.50 for orders under £50. Estimated delivery: 2–17 business days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping for orders £50 and above. Estimated delivery: 3–25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Customs inspections, remote locations, severe weather or courier disruptions may cause longer transit time.
Tracking Information
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to sync on the courier website.
Shipping Address
Double-check your shipping address before checkout. Once dispatched, address edits are not available. We take no responsibility for lost, returned or undeliverable packages caused by wrong or incomplete addresses.
Customs & Import Fees
International shipments may incur import duties, taxes and customs charges in your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered in item price or shipping cost.
Damaged / Lost Packages
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photos of packaging and goods. If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, reach out within 21 days after shipment for us to start an investigation.
